1. If you are new to retinol or retinal, use every other night for the first two weeks.
2. Apply a small amount to targeted areas. Once your skin has adjusted, apply an appropriate amount evenly across the face.
3. If irritation occurs, reduce the amount and frequency of use, and follow with a soothing moisturiser.
4. Once tolerated, use every evening.
5. The following morning, apply sunscreen as the final step of your skincare routine
