At MASA, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience. Please review the details below to understand how we handle deliveries, tracking, and missed shipments.

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times before the order is marked for return to our warehouse. Please be on the lookout for calls from unknown numbers, as our delivery partner may be trying to contact you. Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

Order Not Arriving

If your order is not delivered within the timeframe mentioned in your order confirmation, please contact our team at info@masaapp.ae or via WhatsApp at +971 56 800 8200.
We will coordinate with our delivery partner to provide an update and resolve the issue.

Order Tracking

You can track your order anytime through the "My Orders" section in your account.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Free delivery may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount, as per our latest promotional offers

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is confirmed, changes to the delivery address may not be possible. However, if needed, please contact us immediately, and we will try to assist.

International Shipping (if applicable)

Currently, we only deliver within the U.A.E. International shipping is not available at this time.
